below is a basic guide to download this server's English client for International Community written to my best knowledge.. do add corrections if required and share feedback as appropriate.. thank you have a nice time both online and offline
PWAGE Main Website:

Click on START THE GAME in the main website as shown on below image
Now scroll down a little and you can find English Client downloadable via torrent and google drive as per player convenience as shown in below image
As instructed in image above, once downloaded extract to your convenient location and open launcher.exe to update client and start playing the game.
Note: The English Client is not fully ready yet, as some parts in-game are still in Russian. Don't worry we the existing and newly joining friends are daily reporting the issues found to admin who is fixing them regularly as possible.
